Notice is hereby given that ABLE UK LTD has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake capital dredge and disposal works, Berths 1 & 2, Able UK, Middlesbrough. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Central Library, Centre Square, Middlesbrough TS1 2AY. Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister. Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH or alternatively emailed to

within 28 days of 05/02/2013, quoting reference: MLA/2012/00506. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
