Increase in hours for the sale by retail of alcohol to 09:00 until 21:00 hours each day from the Ist of April until the 30th September each year (excluding Bank holidays and Sundays) to match up with new planning permission. 2. The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 09:00 and 21:00 between the 1st April and the 30th September each year (excluding Bank holidays and Sundays) to match up with new planning permission. 3. To amend condition 2 of Annex 2 take into account the above new hours. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District,Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YOLT 7HH within 28 days of the date of the application shown above. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
