Notice of application for a new Premises Licence

We Prezzo Limited have applied to Wiltshire Council for a new Premises Licence for Ground and Part First Floor, 57/58 New Road, Chippenham, SN15 1ES.

The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are:-
- Supply of Alcohol - Monday ? Saturday 10:00 ? 00:00 and Sunday 10.00 ? 23.30;
- Late Night Refreshment ? Monday - Saturday 23:00 ?00:00 and Sunday 23:00 - 23:30
- (Non-standard Timings to extend to 02.30 for Supply of Alcohol and Late Night Refreshment)

The application can be viewed by prior appointment.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to Level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
