LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Act

We, Monte Laguna 2 Limited, hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Domino’s Pizza, 55-57 High Street, Canvey Island, Essex SS8 7RD. Statement of Relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises are: The provision of Late Night Refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 03:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:00 and 01:00 Friday and Saturday The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Department, Castle Point Borough Council, Kiln Road, Thundersley, Benfleet, Essex SS7 1TF between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 4 March 2013. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
