Application for a Premises Licence

Chalbury Wine Stores Ltd has applied to Weymouth and Portland Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at 71 St Mary St, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8PJ and propose to carry on the following activities:- Sale of Alcohol and playing of recorded music. Applications are available for public inspection at Licensing Services, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, DT4 8TA or on www.dorsetforyou.com.
Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 12th February 2013 and 11th March 2013 starting the day after the application is given to the Licensing Authority. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
