NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by FAKE FESTIVALS LTD to Durham County Council in respect of premises known as ‘CHESTER LE STREET FAKE FESTIVAL’ which are situated at RIVERSIDE PARK, CHESTER LE STREET, COUNTY DURHAM The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises -is as follows: ‘CHESTER LE STREET Fake Festival’ (TO BE HELD ONE DAY PER YEAR INSIDE A MARQUEE) Time of festival: 12.30PM – 11.45PM. Playing of live music (indoors), Playing of recorded music (indoors), Making music (indoors), Late night refreshments (outdoors), Sale of alcohol for consumption , Licensed times are: 12:00 – 00:0 The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS between Monday-Friday from 8.30am-4.30pm by appointment Telephone: 03000265107 A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction can be up to £5,000
