Notice is hereby given that We, THE LOCAL PANTRY LIMITED, have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: The Local Pantry, Harrogate Road, Leathley near Pool, Otley LS21 2PS. The proposed application is for: The sale by retail of alcohol We propose to conduct the said licensable activities as follows: Shop - Monday to Friday 09:00-19:00 Saturday 09:00:17:00 Sunday 10:00-16:00 Café - Monday to Saturday 09:00-17:00* Sunday 10:00-15:30 (* until 23:00 on evening supper clubs held twice a month) The application can be viewed at: Harrogate Borough Council Licensing Team Springfield House, Kings Road, Harrogate HG1 5NX Representations must be made in writing by 7 March 2013. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is a fine not exceeding £5,000.
