APPLICATION FOR HYTHE MARINE PARK MAINTENANCE
DREDGE LICENCE RENEWAL, SOUTHAMPTON WATER
Notice is hereby given that The Homes & Community Agency has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake maintenance dredging at Hythe Marine Park in Southampton Water. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Hythe Library, Pylewell Road, Hythe, Hampshire, SO45 6AQ.Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to joanna.wooles@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 14th February 2013, quoting reference MLA/2013/00019.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
