Proposed Licensable Activities Or Proposed Variation To Licensable Activities. - To make application for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the Off sales of alcohol by retail, between 0700hrs to 2200hrs Monday to Friday. 0730hrs to 2200hrs Saturday and 0800hrs to 2200hrs Sunday 4. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
