RYE INTERNAL DRAINAGE BOARD LAND DRAINAGE ACT 1991 DRAINAGE RATES

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Sections 48, 49 and 51 of the Land Drainage Act 1991, that on the 4th February 2013, the above Drainage Board made a Drainage Rate for the District, as follows, to meet the estimated expenditure of the Board within the period stated. An Occupiers rate of 9.00p in the £ on the basis of the Annual Value of agricultural hereditaments in the District for the twelve months ending on the 31st March 2014. And notice is hereby given that the Special Levy required from Ryedale District Council will be in the sum of £62,958.00.
