In the Bolton County Court No 206 of 2012 Peter Hemingway (In Bankruptcy) In accordance with the Insolvency Rules 1986 I, Christopher Brooksbank (IP Number 9658) of O'Haras Limited, Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, WF17 9EJ give notice that I was appointed Trustee of the above named bankrupt on 5 February 2013 by the Secretary of State. The Bankrupt’s date of birth is 9 October 1958 and his residential address is Leventhorpe Hall, Newsam Green Road, Woodlesford, Leeds, LS26 8AG. The bankrupt also lately traded as a pet and associated products retailer trading under the trading styles, Hemingway’s Pet Store, Aquarline, Dave’s Aquarium, Pet Depot, Pet Warehouse and Pet and Garden World. Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above debtor, are required, as soon as possible and in any event by close of business on 22 March 2013 to send in their names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, to the undersigned, Christopher Brooksbank at O’Haras Limited, Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, West Yorkshire, WF17 9EJ, Trustee of the said bankrupt, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Trustee, are, personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.
