Notice is hereby given that We, De Mental Monkey Ltd have made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the Premises Licence held in respect of the premises known as: The Red Lion, 47 Kirkgate, Otley LS21 3HN. We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol, Performance of Live Music, Performance of Pre-recorded Music , Performance of Entertainment of a similar nature and Provision of Facilities for Dancing. We propose to vary the terms of the existing licence from its current terms: Monday to Thursday 11.00-23.00, Friday and Saturday 11.00-01.00, Sunday 12.00-00.00. To the new varied terms of Monday to Thursday 11.00-03.00, Friday and Saturday 11.00-03.30, Sunday 12.00-00.00.
