I Bulent Ekinci hereby give notice that I have applied on 28/02/2013 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Wine Depot, 3 De Lunn Buildings, Winchester, SO23 8SA
The application is for: Sale of Alcohol (consumption OFF the premises) Details: Sale of Alcohol: Monday-Sunday 08:00-2300
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 27/03/2013, detailsofrepresentations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
