Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, any person having any claim against or an interest in the estate of Daisy Gwendoline Wicks, late of Silversea Lodge Rest Home, 46 Silversea Drive, Westcliff on Sea, Essex. SS0 9XE who died on 26th December 2012 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors for the Executors of the said deceased within two months of publication of this notice, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice.
