Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence/ Club Premises Certificate. Take notice that on 1 March 2013. We Bacchus York Ltd of 21 Portland Street, , York made application to the City of York Council for the variation of a Premises Licence at the following premises: Unit 3, 57 Hunter House,Goodramgate, York, YO1 7NS. The Licensing register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (Tel. 01904 552512) at 9 St Leonard’s Place, York, YO1 7ET between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by any responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Services, 9 St Leonard’s Place, York YO1 7ET. Representations must be received no later than 29 March 2013 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Summary of Proposed Variations: Changes to sale and display areas within the premises, Extension of hours for sale and supply of alcohol and application for on licence. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
