Mr Daniel Kwiek applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 19/02/2013 for a licence to use the premises at 64-70 Manningham Lane Bradford BD1 3EP for sale of alcohol Mon – Sun 10am to 12am/Regulated entertainment Mon to Sun 12pm to 12am/Late night refreshment Mon – Thurs 23.00 to 12:30am Fri to Sun 23.00pm to 2am. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 24/03/2013. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
