To whom it may concern, take note that I, AS & DL LIMITED, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of The Boars Head, Church Street, Ardington, Wantage, Oxon OX12 8QA, and that I have applied to vary the conditions of the licence in respect of: To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol from 0900hrs to 0030hrs Monday to Sunday, to add the provision of regulated entertainment (films only) from 0900hrs to 0030hrs Monday to Sunday, and to add the provision of late night refreshment from 2300hrs to 0030hrs Monday to Sunday.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing toThe Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Unit, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE before 26th March 2013 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
