Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that Mr Haider AL-Hussaini has applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Mish Mish, 9 High Street, Southampton, SO14 2DH. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises and outdoor seating area, play recorded music and occasional live music. The premises to be open to the public from Mon-Sat 08:00-24:00 & Sun 10:00- 23:00. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO18 9LA no later than 30th March 2013 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Southampton City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Southampton Civic Centre, SO14 7LY, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.southampton.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000._
