APPLICATION FOR LYME REGIS ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS
Notice is hereby given that Dean and Dyball Civil Engineering has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake coastal and cliff stabilisation measures. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at the Dean & Dyball site offices in Charmouth Road Car Park, Lyme Regis DT7 3DW.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternativelyemailedtoellen.moir@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 13 March 2013, quoting reference MLA/2012/00508.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
