Notice of Application under Article 11 of Application for Planning Permission Proposed development at (a) Land East of Langley Park, County Durham I give notice that (b) Southlands Management Limited is applying to (c) Durham County Council for outline planning permission for: (d) UP TO 400 RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS, ACCESS, UTILITIES, INFRASTRUCTURE, OPEN SPACE AND LANDSCAPING (ALL MATTERS RESERVED EXCEPT ACCESS). Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Durham County Council at (e) Planning Development (Central/East), PO Box 616, Durham, DH1 9HY. By (f) 5 April 2013 * “owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. ** “tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
