NOTICE of Application for a premises licence. Charcoal Grill, 171, Victoria Road, Horley, Surrey, RH6 7AR. Notice is given that charcoal Grill has applied to Reigate & Banstead Licensing Authority for a premises Licence to be granted under the Licensing Act 2003 The application is for a late night Licence. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the licensing Manager, town Hall, castlefield Road, Reigate, RH2 0SH. Representations must be received no later that 03/04/2013 the Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.reigate-banstead.gov.uk it is an offence under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)_
