is applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for Manor Farm, Ebbesbourne Wake, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP5 5JH. The Licence, if granted, is to enable the Following Activities to take Place: A the performance of a play; B an exhibition of a film; E a performance of live music; F any playing of recorded music; H or entertainment of a similar description to live music, recorded music or dance; I making music; J dancing; K entertainment of a similar description to making music or dancing; L provision of late night refreshment; M supply of alcohol on the premises.

SUNDAY TO THURSDAY 09:00 TO 00:00;
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 09:00 TO 01:00
26th June to 1st July 2013 only.

The application can be viewed by prior appointment. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
