Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premise Licence
APPLICANT: The Garden Centre Group Trading Ltd. PREMISES: Salisbury Garden Centre, Netherhampton Road, Netherhampton, Salisbury SP2 8PR
We hereby give notice that an application has been made to Wiltshire Council for the grant of a premises licence to enable the following activities to take place:
The off-sale of alcohol between the hours of 08.00 and 18.00 hrs, all as specified in the application.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, SP1 3UZ
Representations may be made up to 9th April 213.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, SP1 3UZ. The application can be viewed by prior appointment. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to fine of up to £5,000.
