NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Neal Curry has applied in respect of Prego, Grange Road, Darlington, Co Durham, DL1 5NG for grant of a variation to the premises licence under the licensing act 2003 to allow for an extension of opening times.Representation to this application must be made in writing by 17/04/2013 to Darlington borough council licensing authority at Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5NG where the register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9:00am and 4:00pm and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk it is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5'000.
