ANY person having any claim against or an interest in the Estate of Mr Roy Stanley Kimpton deceased, late of Harvest, 60 Stanway Road, South Benfleet, Essex. SS7 5UY (Retired) who died on 27th October 2011 is required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned solicitors for the Executors, John Russell Crookall and Surinder Pal Kaur Dillon, on or before the 23rd May 2013, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interst of which they have had notice.
