Town & Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 Notice under Articles 6 and 9(1)

Proposed development at Breeze, 4 Owls Road, Bournemouth, BH51A,  I give notice that Linden Homes Southern Ltd having applied to Bournemouth Borough Council to change the use of 22 holiday lets to 22 open market residential units is appealing to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government against the decision of the Council.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this appeal should write to The Planning Inspectorate at Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN by
10th April 2013.
