ANNUAL TOWN MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Town Mayor is to convene the Annual (Parish) Meeting for the Town of Bridport, to be held at the Town Hall, Bridport on Tuesday 9 April 2013 at 7.00 pm.

All local government electors for the Parish of Bridport are invited to attend and are entitled to speak and vote at this meeting. It would be helpful to have advance notice of any items to be raised at the meeting. The meeting will receive reports from the Town Mayor, Councillor David Rickard, the Leader of the Council, Councillor Martin Ray and Bob Gillis, the Town Clerk. It will also include a presentation from Peter Hellawell, one of Bridport's Olympic Torch Bearers on the day the Torch came to the town and his experiences of working with the Bridport community.
