Eric Howell Thomas (otherwise Peter Thomas) Deceased

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Eric Howell Thomas (otherwise Peter Thomas) deceased, late of 19 Woodlands Road, Headington, Oxford who died on the 6th day of November 2012, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned solicitors for the personal representatives of the deceased on or before the 3rd day of June 2013 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice.
