LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Brighton & Hove City Council to vary a Premises Licence for Aldi, London Road, Brighton, BN1 4JA. The proposed variation is to bring forward the start time for the sale of alcohol by one hour from 08:00 to 07:00 every day of the week and change the internal layout of the store.
Full details of the Application and variation sought can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Brighton & Hove City Council, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP (http://www.brighton-hove.gov.uk).
Interested parties or responsible Authorities can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 19 April 2013.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.
