PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Notice is given that all creditors and other having any claims against or interest in the estate of David Brown late of 12 Hill Close, Reeth, Richmond, North Yorkshire DL11 6RX who died on the 8th September 2012 and whose Will was proved in the District Probate Registry at Newcastle upon Tyne on the 21st February 2013 by the Executors named in it are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 8th June 2013 after which the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons whose claim or demands he then has not had notice DATED the 29th day of March 2013 McGarry & Co, Solicitors, 21 Galgate,Barnard Castle, Co Durham, DL12 8EQ.
