NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE TO BE GRANTED UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Bradfords One Place Ltd applied to Bradford Metro. Council on 26th March 2013 for a premises licence for the retail of alcohol, late night refreshment & regulated entertainment from 09.00 until 06.00 Mon to Sun at Arena Sports Bar, 9-19 Queensgate, Bradford, BD1 1RB. Representations should be made in writing to The Licensing Team, Bradford Metro Council, 6th Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 24th April 2013. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
