APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENSE

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Forever Sun has applied to West Dorset District Council for a new premises license in respect of Came House, Dorchester, DT2 8NU for regulated entertainment, the provision of alcohol on Friday 16th August and Saturday 17th August from 10.00 hours to 23.00 hours and late night refreshment on Friday 16th August and Saturday 17th August from 23.00 hours to 02.00 hours.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, North Quay Offices, Weymouth, DT4 8TA within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
