NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Rear of Pilkington Way, Auckland Park, Bishop Auckland, DL14 8YN. I give notice that Graham Beal is applying to the Durham County Council for planning permission to build 4 New dwellings. Any owner of the land or tennant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council at Durham County Council by, April 9th 2013. Owner means a person having a freehold intrest or a leasehold intrest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an intrest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
