Notice is hereby given that: We, The Leeds Brewery Company Ltd., have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: 3-4a King’s Square, York, YO1 8ZH. We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment namely: Live music, and recorded music. We propose to conduct the said licensable activities subject to the following terms: Sale by retail of alcohol (Sun-Wed 11.00-23.00, Thur-Sat 11.00-24.00); live music (Sun-Sat 11.00-23.00); recorded music (Sun-Wed 09.00-23.00, Thur-Sat 09.00-00.00). The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (Tel: 01904 552 512) at 9 St Leonard’s Place, York, YO1 7ET. Representations to this application can be made in writing by any responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Services, 9 St Leonard’s Place, York, YO1 7ET. Representations must be received by no later than Friday 3rd May 2013, being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Further information regarding representations can be found on the City of York Council website; It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant/variation of a premises licence/club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
