An application has been made by Odiham & Greywell Cricket Club For a Variation to a Club Premises Certificate In respect of premises known as and situated at: Odiham & Greywell Cricket Club, King Street, Odiham, Hants, RG29 1NF
The application contains a statement of the following relevant licensable activities proposed to be carried on or from the premises:
To permit the supply of alcohol in the pavilion from 11.00 to 23.00 hours Monday to Thursday, 11.00 to 23.30 hours on Friday and Saturday, and 12.00 to 23.00 hours on Sunday;
To permit the supply of alcohol in the defined outside area from 11.00 to 23.00 hours Monday to Saturday and 2.00 to 23.00 on Sunday;
To permit regulated entertainment comprising live and recorded music from 11.00 to 24.00 on Friday and Saturday in the pavillion only.
A record of the application may be inspected at the Offices of Hart District Council (the relevant licencing authority) at the Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 4AE during normal office hours.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Licensing Section at Hart District council provided that these are written and received before 4 pm on 9th May 2013.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application at that the maximum fine on summary conviction is currently £500.
