THE PLANNING (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) REGULATIONS 2009 Notice is hereby given that Ineos ChlorVinyls Ltd is applying to Darlington Borough Council for continuation to the Hazardous Substances Consent for the Ineos Newton Aycliffe Site and an amendment to the area of land consented. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the applications at Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, County Durham, DL1 5QT during all reasonable hours until 30th April 2013. Anyone who wishes to make representation about this application should write to Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, County Durham, DL1 5QT by 30th April 2013.
