I Mr David Charles Nichols, do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Variation of a Premises Licence at The George, 107 Bondgate, Darlington, DL3 7LB to permit live music from 19.00 to 00.30 each day, recorded music from 9.30 to 01.30 each day, sale of alcohol from 9.30 to 01.30 each day, L.N.R from 22.00 to 01.30 each day. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT by 26th April 2013. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in connection with this application.
