NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Trevor James Foster late of 93 Windsor Court, Tongdean Lane, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 5JS who died on the 28 January 2013, is required to send written particulars to the undersigned by the 17th June 2013 after which date the Executor of the said Deceased will distribute the Estate of the said Deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
