Olive Barnes Deceased

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Olive Barnes deceased, late of 70 Masons Road, Headington, Oxford, OX3 8QW who died on the 24th day of January 2013, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned solicitors for the personal representatives of the deceased on or before the 24th day of June 2013 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice.
