APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by FAKE FESTIVALS LTD to SOUTHEND ON SEA BOROUGH COUNCIL in respect of premises known as ‘SOUTHEND ON SEA FAKE FESTIVAL’ which are situated at GARONS PARK, EASTERN AVENUE, SOUTHEND ON SEA, SS2 4FA

The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows:‘SOUTHEND ON SEA Fake Festival’ (TO BE HELD ONE DAY PER YEAR INSIDE A MARQUEE)

Time of festival: 12.30PM – 11.45PM, Playing of live music (indoors) Playing of recorded music (indoors), Making music (indoors), Dancing (indoors), Late night refreshments (outdoors) Sale of alcohol for consumption. Licensed times are: 12:00 – 00:00.

The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Floor 13, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend On Sea, SS2 6ZG between Monday-Friday from 8.30am- 4.30pm by appointment.

A Responsible Authority or any person can make representations/objections to this application.

 Representations must be made in writing to Licensing Authority, Southend on Sea Borough Council, Floor 13, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, SS2 6ZG by May 13th 2013. Any representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
