NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that I Stuart Mackaness have applied for the

PREMISES LICENCE for: Wayland Games, Unit 17 Eldon Way, Hockley, Essex, SS5 4AD

Nature of Licensable Activity Days and Hours Requested: Sale by retail of alcohol and playing of recorded music on: - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday 11:00 to 23:00 Friday and Saturday 11:00 to 02:00

A record of the application can be inspected on Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 4.45pm and Friday from 9.00am to 4.30pm (except bank holidays) at the offices of the Licensing Department at:- Rochford District Council Licensing Unit 3 – 19 South Street Rochford Essex SS4 1BW

Any interested party wishing to make representations on the application must do so to the Licensing Unit of Rochford District Council referred to above. Representations must be in writing and must be received by the Licensing Unit no later than the 16th May 2013.

 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
