Notice is herebygiven pursuant toS.27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest In the estate of Marion Elizabeth Davies who died on 23rd March 2013 at Salisbury Hospice, Odstock Rd. Salisbury, SP2 8BJ. is hereby required to send his/her claim in writing to Alun Davies MBE, The Nook, Figsbury Rd, Winterbourne Dauntsey, Salisbury, SP4 6EX, before 20th June 2013 after which the personal representatives will distribute the estate amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
