Notice is given that Alison Jane Record has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Premises Name The George Bar and Grill Address 2-4 Custom House Quay Weymouth, DT4 8BE. The proposed licensable activities are: Briefly describe application. To operate a Bar and Grill with Licensable Activities. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Business Licensing, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no later than 22.05.2013.
The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
