The planning (Hazardous Substances) regulations 1992 (Regulation 6) Notice of Application for Hazardous Substances Consent/Continuation of Hazardous Substances Consent. I give notice that Tor Coatings Ltd Is applying to Gateshead Council For the continuation of hazardous Substances Consent for:- Storage of 40 Tonnes of liquefied petroleum gas in 2 x 20 tonne mounded tanks (existing) Storage of 155 tonnes of liquefied petroleum gas contained in finished aerosol cans at: Tor Coatings Ltd, Shadon Way, Portobello Industrial Estate, Birtley, Chester le Street, DH3 2RE. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at: Tor Coatings Ltd, Shadon Way, Portobello Industrial Estate, Birtley, Chester le Street, DH3 2RE. During all reasonable hours until 20th May 2016.
