TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Section 27
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of ELIZABETH JANE TAYLOR deceased retired of 4 Avon Way, West End Southampton SO30 3FY and who died on 12 December 2012 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Executors, Mrs J A Bennett and Mr D H Ebert of c/o David Ebert LLP Solicitors 44 High Street West End Southampton SO30 3DR, and to send such particulars no later than two months and one day after the appearance of this Notice after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate amoungst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had Notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had Notice.
