Tinsley Special Products Ltd of Enterprise House, Durham Lane, Eaglescliffe, TS16 0PS is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To keep an extra 5 Goods Vehicles and 10 Trailers at Enterprise House, Durham Lane, Eaglescliffe, TS16 0PS, also to add an operating centre to keep 5 Vehicles and 5 Trailers at, Linread, Mill Hill, North West Industrial Estate, Peterlee, SR8 2HX, also to add an operating centre to keep 5 Vehicles at, Fiennes Road, Northwest Industrial Estate Peterlee, SR8 2QH, also to add an operating centre to keep 20 Vehicles and 20 Trailers at, Opus Park, Concorde Way, Preston Farm Industrial Estate,TS18 3SE, also to add an operating centre to keep 5 Vehicles at, Heighington Lane, Aycliffe Business Park, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 6AL, also to add an operating centre to keep 10 vehicles and 20 Trailers at, Paragon House, Mill Hill, North West Industrial Estate, Peterlee, SR8 2HR. Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at: Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of the representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
