The sale of alcohol Sunday to Thursday from 10.00 to 00.30 & 10.00 to 01.00 Friday/Saturday. Playing of recorded & live music from 10.00 to 23.30 Sunday to Thursday & 10.00 to 00.30 Friday/Saturday. Late night refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23.00 to 23.30 & 23.00 to 00.30 Friday/Saturday. The opening hours of the premises Sunday to Thursday 09.00 to 01.00 & 09.00 to 01.30 Friday/Saturday.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Services, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH. Representations must be received by May 31st 2013. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (E5000)_
