Notice of Planning Application to Owners Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 Notice under Article 11: Application for Planning Permission
Proposed Development on Land at Glen Haven, Dunleys Hill RG29 1DU. I GIVE NOTICE THAT Flavia Estates Ltd is applying to Hart District Council for planning permission for residential development on land at Glen Haven including access via the private road onto Dunleys Hill.
Any owner¹ of the land or tenant² who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at: Head of Planning, Hart District Council, Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, HANTS, GU51 4AE By 6th June 2013
1 "Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working minerals, a person entitles to an interest in the mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, gold or silver).

2 "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
