The premises may be open Monday to Sunday inclusive 0900 to 0030 hours 4) The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton.5) Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above-named Licensing Section by not later than 29th May 2013. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
