NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that HARISHANGAR DOHESVARAN has applied to Thurrock Borough Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the shop at Clarence Express, 110-112 Clarence Road, Grays, Essex RM17 6RD

The premises licence is for the sale of alcohol from Monday to Sunday: 07.00am to 11.00pm

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Thurrock Council, Licensing Department, Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, Essex RM17 6SL Representations must be received within 28 days of the date of this publication

 It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
